It is certified and its an online reputable store
I do think its safe, and I was very impressed by the site. Just about all of the clarity was eyeclean or better SI1-2-VS-VVS. Some of the color was a lower grade and this is really preference, clarity is more important. Many are GIA certified which I would recommend. Have her get all the specs off the GIA cert of any diamond she is considering and make sure that things check out. I was impressed with the clarity, color in that type setting wasn't off putting.
