Frequently Asked Questions...
How do I decorate, arrange a Victorian style studio apartment?
I'm thinking of using burgundy/reddish curtains, I have cherry walnut furniture and am going to get a Chinese rug (that's red and gold).
I also have a mahogany and tan room divider. Is there anything Im missing or could add?
What color rug would look good?
Any tips? The walls are old, and beige. Im not allowed to paint them, but at least they're not white. There's a rug already in place but will a another rug on it make me trip?. Is is ok I make the bathroom aqua blue but the rest of the place cherry walnut and red?
Any suggestions?

Finding The Perfect Victorian Engagement Ring
The exquisite 19th century designs of the Victorian engagement rings have constantly allured people in its beauty. Jewelers all over the world use a wide array of precious stones to make it as beautiful as ever. The most common stones used are sapphire, aquamarine, rubies, amethyst and the every girl's best friend, the diamond.
The stone that you use to accessorize the right should mean something to the couple. For example, if the stone used is a diamond, it means your ageless devotion to each other. Aside from the stone, the metal used is also quite important. Jewelers often use platinum and a gold, which comes in different shades. The only thing you need to make sure when choosing the type of metal is its effect on the design and stone used. You should also think about the wearer. Some people are actually allergic to gold or platinum.
Once you have decided what metal and stone to use, it is time to pick a design. There are four types of Victorian engagement rings. These are Victorian romantic rings, half-loop Victorian ring, colorful late Victorian, and antique diamond garnet. The rings come in different designs, but all of them are very luxurious and elegant. What makes Victorian rings unique compared to other types of design is its innate nature to be ageless. It becomes more and more beautiful while it ages.
The engagement ring that you used in your wedding can also be passed on to your children and their grandchildren. Victorian rings can become a precious family heirloom. The designs of these rings do not require much maintenance, since they are made to withstand the test of time. They do not contain flaunting stones that needs to be adjusted every couple of years.
A Victorian engagement ring is a type of jewelry that will become the symbol of your love. Like any relationship, time will only make it more meaningful for you and your life partner. The elegance and beauty will last for generations. Take time and check out as many jewelers as you can. Do not settle for anything less than perfect for your fiancee. Bringing in a picture of your bride-to-be will help you choose a design that will match her perfectly. If you cannot find the design that you are looking for, you can also browse the internet.
